Warehouse Assistant

Qualifications:

• College level or graduate of any related course
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations
• Computer literate
• Detail-oriented, especially in documenting, recording, and monitoring stocks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
• Familiarity with construction materials is an advantage
• Knowledge of inventory control and stock management procedures
• Ability to prepare reports and maintain accurate records
• Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy items when necessary
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Willing to work extended hours, weekends, or holidays if required
