Job Description
I. JOB SUMMARY
The Warehouse Inventory Assistant is responsible for the reconciliation of the actual count of inventory, purchases, and returns to Warehouse, Issuances, and bad orders to the SAP System, charging on delivery shortages, Monthly Issuance Report, and transmittal of documents (delivery charges to ER, AP Accounting, and COST Accounting. He/she is also in charge of the submission of the Monthly Inventory Analysis Report.
I. SCOPE OF DECISION MAKING
Generates essential documents and summarized reports according to his/her position only.
Makes strategic or operational decisions based solely on his/her daily tasks and responsibilities.
Communicate/escalate all concerns or challenges with the immediate head that are encountered during work hours.
Encoding of Issuance of items.
Charging on delivery shortages to trucking and warehouse helpers; sign the Summary of Charges
