Warehouse Assistant

Job Summary:



The Warehouse Assistant support daily operations in an HVAC company by performing clerical tasks, assisting with documentation, and coordinating with various departments. The role ensures smooth workflow by maintaining accurate records, updating inventory logs, processing supplier inquiries and job orders, and providing timely support to the technical, sales, and project teams.



Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to schedule deliveries and site visits.

2. Manage and maintain an organized filing system for materials and documents.

3. Update paperwork, maintain physical and digital records, and assist with word processing tasks.

4. Assist in preparing and organizing documents such as quotations, purchase orders, delivery receipts, and service reports.
