Warehouse Assistant

• Printing and process order of items
• Responsible for managing the flow of products and stocks in the warehouse
• Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; tracks orders and investigates problems.
• Prepares inventory variance report - actual count vs system inventory; investigate and analyse cause of variances
• Recommend adjustment on warehouse inventory based on checked and validated physical count result to ensure accuracy of inventory balances in the system
• Maintains stock in physical form in the warehouse

Requirements

• College degree or above, at least 2 years of e-commerce warehouse management work experience;
• Familiar to use ERP or MABAN ERP system is preferred
• Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data.
• Database management skills.
