Warehouse Assistant

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Printing and process order of items
2.Responsible for managing the flow of products and stocks in the warehouse
3.Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; tracks orders and investigates problems.
4.Prepares inventory variance report - actual count vs system inventory; investigate and analyze cause of variances
5.Recommend adjustment on warehouse inventory based on checked and validated physical count result to ensure accuracy of inventory balances in the system
6.Maintains stock in physical form in the warehouse

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• College degree or above, at least 2 years of e-commerce warehouse management work experience;
• Familiar to use ERP or MABAN ERP system is preferred
• Preferred Male/Female is mandarin speaker
• Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data.
