Warehouse Assistant

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders accurately according to the packing list or system instructions.
• Check product quality and quantity before packing to ensure no missing or damaged items.
• Label and seal parcels properly for courier or transport dispatch.
• Ensure all packaging materials are used efficiently (boxes, tape, bubble wrap, etc.).
• Assist in receiving, sorting, and organizing inventory in storage areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area at all times.
• Report any product shortage, damage, or discrepancy to the warehouse supervisor.
• Support inventory count and stock-taking activities when required.
• Follow safety rules and company SOPs during packing, lifting, and equipment use.
• Assist in ad-hoc warehouse duties such as unloading containers, moving stock, or arranging shelves.
