Purpose Of The Role
To have a responsible PIC to manage the POD return process in Dispatch Department.
What You'll Do
Full POD (Proof of Delivery) function
Ensure signed POD are received for every delivery
Collection of POD and trip sheets
Ensure that trip numbers are recorded on the POD.
Load POD on electronic systems and keep the necessary copies/proof.
