Warehouse Assistant

Overview

Be the force behind smooth dispatch, smart storage and seamless operations. In this role, you will be responsible for making sure supplies stock, materials packages and products are processed through the delivery and/or warehouse system efficiently and safely as per HSE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and oversee cycle of order fulfilment
• Ensure all warehouse/Logistics activities are performed fully in compliance with group e-convention and ISO requirements
• Monitor and improve performance to ensure efficiency and productivity targets are met
• Inventory monitoring and control of Finished Goods
• Ensuring External warehouse Outbound and Inbound activities are maintained and replenished
• Planning deliveries from External warehouse
• Ensuring that all Warehouse documentation duties are carried out efficiently
