Warehouse Assistant

Position Summary:
The Warehouse Assistant supports warehouse operations by assisting in put-away, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods. The role requires attention to detail, physical fitness, and a strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform put-away of received goods into the correct storage locations following FIFO
practices.
2. Pick and pack goods according to pick lists or sales orders accurately and efficiently.
3. Prepare goods for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
4. Assist in stock counting activities, cycle counts, and full stock takes.
5. Report any discrepancies, damages, or expired products to the Warehouse Team
Leader or Executive.
6. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, stackers, and forklifts (if
certified).
7. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
