Role Description

The Warehouse Assistant supports daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods. This role ensures inventory is handled accurately, safely, and efficiently to support smooth logistics and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, checking, and recording incoming goods
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Organize and store inventory in the warehouse according to company standards
• Conduct regular inventory checks and stock replenishment
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse
• Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) when required
• Support loading and unloading of goods
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect stock to supervisors
• Assist with inventory documentation and data entry
