Warehouse Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct receiving and outgoing of goods, including the picking of goods as requested by CS or Admin to be issued to Production.
• Issue goods to production on a first-in-first-out basis.
• Pick items according to picking list issued for supervisor to check before issuance to Warehouse/Logistics
• Feedback to the Warehouse Supervisor any which may be detrimental to the QSHE of the product.
• Check and store materials according to the QSHE procedure, SOP and work instruction at clearly define location.
• Conduct stock review (correct quantity and location).
• Conduct yearly stock take
• Responsible for checking of materials before delivery to customer.
• Assist with any ad-hoc duties assigned by direct superior.

Job Requirements

Education:

• Min. Secondary School with at least 1 year experience in relevant field
• Forklift driving licence required
