Aboutthe Role
We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouseoperations including receiving goods, stock management, issuing items todelivery teams, and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment. Thisrole requires discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to handlephysical tasks.
Key Responsibilities
. Be familiar with Hiap Giap's range of products.
. Receive finished products from Production andexternal vendors.
. Issue and transfer goods to delivery teamaccording to orders.
. Monitor raw material usage and update recordsaccurately.
. Update warehouse software system for stockmovement.
. Arrange inventory according to FIFO(First-in-First-out) to ensure smooth transactions.
. Handle special sales orders requiring uncommonrecipe or packaging.
. Assist walk-in customers with direct salesorders.
. Operate and maintain reach truck for warehouselogistics.
