Warehouse Assistant X3

Job Summary:

In the role of Warehouse Assistant at Supply Technologies, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing goods in a warehouse setting. The Warehouse Assistant will ensure the warehouse is organized and operates efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and simple inspect for incoming materials and store materials in the correct warehouse locations.
• check shipping documents against the physical goods to spot any discrepancies, Report any issues to QC, Purchasing, for follow-up.
• Prepare Outbound orders, ensuring proper system updates, documentation, and physical transfers.
• Required to replenish stock in clean room environment.(Candyman Job)
• performing Monthly cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
• Maintain basic housekeeping of the warehouse.(5S)
