Warehouse Associate

Job Summary:

Green Cross Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate (Project Staff) for our Reverse Logistics team in Muntinlupa. This role is responsible for processing sales returns transactions, managing both SAP and non-SAP documentation, and ensuring timely coordination with Finance to support efficient reverse logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP Transactions:

• Upload CSV files into SAP
• Perform necessary sales return transactions in SAP

Non-SAP Transactions:

• Download RTV (Return to Vendor) files from customer portals
• Convert RTV files into CSV format and ensure proper data formatting
• Indicate Goods Receipt (GR) reference in each RTV file
• Print RTV files and transmit documents to Finance
• Update the Project Returns monitoring file

• Must be a Bachelor's degree holder (any course)
