**Job Description**

This role focuses primarily on building skids and supporting various warehouse operations in a food production environment. You will pick and pack orders using paper-based systems, help maintain accurate inventory, and work closely with a small warehouse team to meet daily targets while upholding high standards of quality and accuracy.

**Responsibilities**

+ Build skids as the primary daily responsibility, ensuring they are safe, stable, and ready for shipment.
+ Pick customer orders using pencil-and-paper picking lists, following instructions accurately.
