Warehouse Associate

· Receive incoming and dispatch outgoing Stock Transfer Form (STF) between Pasig and Satellite Warehouses.

· Report discrepancies between merchandise delivered and STF to the Inventory Supervisor for proper and prompt resolution.

· Conduct physical inventory count of merchandise delivered among the different warehouses/storage areas vis-à-vis related documents.

· Ensure merchandise are properly and correctly picked based on sales order (SO).

· Update and monitor movement of stocks using the Inventory Google Sheet.

· Ensure merchandise delivered are stored at the proper binning location per SKU.

· Consult with the Warehouse Operations Manager regarding other work-related concerns for prompt and appropriate resolutions.

· Perform other job responsibilities that may be assigned as needed by business operations in relation to this job position.
