Warehouse Attendant

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming shipments of spare parts/materials/equipment
• Record all inventory movements, stock levels, and storage locations
• Manage disbursement request of spare parts/materials/equipment from motorpool
• Monitoring of preventive maintenance of equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained warehouse environment
• Support logistics team as required

Qualifications:

• College graduate / Vocational course graduate
• Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy items
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle documents and basic numerical data accurately
• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory role is an advantage
• Experience in preparing reports, forms, and other administrative documents
• Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask
