Job Description
- Receives, checks and coordinates the incoming Delivery Schedule of materials from Purchasing Department.
- Identifies designated warehouse for storage.
- Checks the completeness and accuracy of shipping/delivery documents such as SI, DR and other required Certifications related to the materials.
- Unloads materials safely from delivery vehicles.
- Accomplishes and endorses Inventory Receiving Form to Warehouse Encoder for the preparation of Inventory Receiving Report (IRR).
- Receives and checks Return Summary Form (RSF).
- Stores returned materials (from Customers) in identified temporary designated warehouse area.
- Forwards RSF to Warehouse Supervisor for review.
- Assists the QAC Department during extraction of product samples.
- Assists the Warehouse Supervisor in monitoring daily material movement on a daily basis.
