Warehouse Checker

Job Overview

This Warehouse Checker is responsible for the correctness of the items, brands, and weight to be issued to the transport team per delivery schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creates report and advises Warehouse Supervisor on receiving local purchases, backloads, and returns.
• Receives containers and records net weight per box and tare weight per pallet.
• Provides go signal to the vendor checkers for items ready for withdrawal.
• Releases items to the transport team according to block time schedule.
• Double checks the correctness of the items prepared before releasing them to the transport team.
• Ensures that transport representative will sign on all Issue Slip released to them.
• Prepares items for pick-ups when required.
• Observes/complies with company policies and procedures.
• Performs other related duties as may be assigned.
