● Keeps and maintains records of all stocks and materials in the organization

● Reports details and damages to the supervising authority

● Follows the instruction of the inventory manager/supervisor

● Meets deadlines for completion of the delegated task

● Files product requisitions and order forms.

● Maintains proper storage and handling of the received stocks

● Ensures cleanliness and proper organization of the stock rooms.

● Places tags and labels on the inventory stocks

● Prepares reports of the inventory balances, price list and any shortages

● Ensures that all customer queries and complains are accounted properly

● Ensures accurate inventory in all customer's stocks

● Ensures accurate & reliable data when submitting a report. Daily and Cut-Off Report.

● Coordinates with team members and other internal departments of the organization
