Warehouse Checker

The Warehouse Checker is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of incoming and outgoing stocks by checking quantities, quality, and documentation. The role supports inventory accuracy, prevents losses, and ensures that all warehouse transactions comply with company standards and procedures.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Check and verify incoming and outgoing items against delivery receipts, purchase orders, and transfer documents
• Ensure correct quantity, quality, and condition of all stocks received or released
• Report any discrepancies, damages, shortages, or excess items immediately to the Warehouse Supervisor
• Assist in proper labeling, tagging, and documentation of items
• Maintain accurate records of checked items and transactions
• Coordinate with warehouse staff during loading and unloading operations
