Warehouse Checker

Job Purpose:

To ensure accurate receipt, inspection, storage, and transfer of materials, supporting quality, safety, and efficient warehouse operations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive and inspect incoming deliveries of raw materials, merchandise, and finished products.
• Verify quantities received against delivery documents such as delivery receipts, sales invoices, and Certificates of Analysis (COA).
• Prepare samples for quality assurance testing and assist QA as needed.
• Conduct regular inventory counts, including daily and monthly inventories, and record all stock movements.
• Maintain inventory records and update relevant documentation such as stock cards and activity checklists.
• Organize, label, and store materials and products following FIFO and other regulatory standards.
• Handle stock transfers between warehouses and prepare necessary transfer documentation.
