Job Summary / Position Objectives:

WAREHOUSE CHECKER is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the incoming and outgoing items by inspecting and verifying all the items entering and leaving the warehouse to maintain an organized and smoothly warehouse operations.

Key Results Areas / Duties and Responsibilities
1. Incoming Items
1.1 Inspects incoming items for accuracy, ensuring that the items received match the corresponding documentation such as Purchase Order, delivery receipt, sales/service invoice from Supplier, removal forms from tugboats/vessels and Job Orders from departments.
1.2 Records and reports any discrepancies or damages in received items promptly.
1.3 Conducts visual inspections and quality checks on incoming items to ensure they meet established standards.
1.4 Collaborates with relevant departments to address and resolve any quality issues identified during inspections.
