Job Description

The Warehouse Checker is primarily responsible for the real-time control, verification, and recording of all material movements within the assigned warehouse.

This is an execution-heavy role focused on ensuring the physical reality of the warehouse floor matches the digital records (SAP). The checker acts as the primary guardian of product safety, quality, and documentation, ensuring no inventory enters or leaves the facility without proper verification.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory Accuracy
● Daily inventory should be methodically performed.
● The physical inventory count must accurately match SAP data.
● Variances in Actual count vs SAP must be immediately communicated to immediate superior and the audit team
● 0-point inventory: Reference/s reaching 0 inventory on warehouse floor must be compared with SAP inventory and be automatically performed, done, and explained to immediate superior and audit team
