Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound warehouse activities
• Ensure proper receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods
• Monitor workflow to meet schedules and operational targets

Inventory Control

• Maintain accurate inventory records in the system
• Conduct stock counts and investigate variances
• Ensure proper labelling, inventory best practice and stock rotation

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare and verify warehouse documents (DO, GRN, stock reports)
• Update inventory systems and maintain accurate records
• Submit daily/weekly operational reports to management

Coordination & Communication

• Liaise effectively with external and cross-functional departments,
• Coordinate manpower allocation and task assignments
• Escalate operational issues or delays promptly
