Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments to arrange deliveries, schedules, and site visits.
• Organize, manage, and maintain systematic filing of materials and documents.
• Update records, maintain both hard-copy and digital files, and provide support for basic word-processing tasks.
