Warehouse Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Lead, supervise, and train warehouse and logistics staff, manage performance, and coordinate staffing.

2. Oversee inbound/outbound shipments, coordinate with 3PL providers, and optimize delivery routes and schedules.

3. Ensure safe, efficient handling of goods and equipment, maintain organization, and implement process improvements.
4. Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations, conduct audits, and address hazards promptly.
5. Monitor product quality, drive operational efficiency, track KPIs, and provide reports to management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Preferably a graduate of a Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred.

2. Ability to handle sensitive information responsibly.

3. Has strong critical thinking, data analysis, and reasoning abilities.
4. Accurate and detail-oriented in tasks.
