Warehouse Coordinator

Ensures the safe and efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of warehouse materials, goods and products to feed business operations and customer demand.

• Handle Picking & Packing and Loading & Unloading duties
• Take delivery of inventory
• Check for damaged or missing items quarantining any items that fail the quality check for escalation and resolution
• Store goods appropriately as directed by either the WMS or direct supervisors
• Pick and pack orders for dispatch
• Move Inventory around either by hand, using lifting equipment or a forklift truck
• Load goods for dispatch
• Maintain the WMS system accurately for all inventory receipts, movements and dispatch
• Carry out Inventory / cycle counts as directed utilizing the WMS and paper directions
• Ensure that all lifting and maneuvering of cargo is executed in accordance with handling procedures
