POSITION TITLE: Warehouse Custodian/Assistant
LEVEL:Associate
REPORTS TO: Branch Operations Supervisor
A. JOB PURPOSE
Receives products delivered to the branch, maintains inventory of goods, and implements good warehouse practices
B. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Receives and verifies delivered products as against delivery invoices.
Physically inspects the products for damage or breakage and files documents for ease of retrieval.
Manage and organize products in the stockroom (and in the selling area for self-service stores) according to the standard planogram and following First-in-first-out standards.
Implement security guidelines in the stockroom and store areas. Accountable for handling keys to the stockroom and restricting entry to authorized persons.
Pick and bag products ordered by dealers following packing standards.
Perform cycle count in coordination with the Branch Supervisor for reconciliation of any product variances and physical verification and cou...
