Job Duties:

Customer Service

Serve as the first point of contact for customers in person, by phone, and via email, providing professional, timely, and courteous support.

Assist customers with product inquiries, pricing, availability, and order recommendations to support sales and ensure a positive customer experience.

Prepare accurate sales quotations based on customer needs, product specifications, and established pricing guidelines.
