Warehouse Customer Service Representative

• At least College Level
• At least 1 year experience in managing Lazada, Shopee, TikTok online stores.
• Knows all the process of managing e-commerce platforms or online stores - Shopee / Lazada / TikTok daily operations (including product / layout / inventory / promo).
• Managing Lazada, Shopee and TikTok account like posting and boosting.
• Must have extensive knowledge in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Take part in the online sales activities to achieve sales targets.
• Managing campaigns from end to end process.
• Report sales data and promo activities.
• Monitor changes in website traffic that drives increased sales.
• Coordinate with different departments and other authorized personnel. Work closely with teammates. Ensure to actively engage and provide suggestions / recommendations in team discussions.
• Willing to work in Sta. Mesa area near SM Sta Mesa.
