Job Summary:
The Warehouse Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating the movement of goods in and out of the warehouse. This role ensures accurate dispatching, proper documentation, and smooth workflow between warehouse staff, drivers, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process dispatch documents (DRs, invoices, loading lists)
• Assign and schedule deliveries based on priority and available vehicles
• Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and clients regarding delivery details
• Ensure all outgoing items are complete, accurate, and properly packed
• Monitor delivery status and address issues or delays
• Check and record incoming and outgoing shipments
• Maintain organized files and records of dispatch activities
• Assist in inventory counting and reporting
• Follow safety guidelines and warehouse procedures
