MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Releasing/Issuance of materials to contractors based on approved request to ensure all releases are in accordance with Construction stages and BOM quantifies.
• Receiving of material deliveries based on approved requisition and specification, proper arrangement (5S) of materials for easy counting and to ensure that stock on hands are in accordance with the construction requirement.
• Encoding of Receiving Document & Issuance Slip to NOAH/MRP on time for proper monitoring of level of stocks.
• Checks the delivery receipt (DR) /or sales invoice (SI) of suppliers vs NOAH/MRP before submitting the documents to Accounting Department for 3 Way Matching.
• Reconciles, checks and monitors actual inventory count of all construction material versus NOAH/MRP system of all project warehouse on a weekly and monthly basis to properly monitor stock inventory of materials.
