Job Description
- Receive the items picked by the warehouse staff and check if the quantity matches the purchase order.
- Scan all picked items using the barcode scanner.
- Update the inventory system immediately after scanning the items.
- Make sure all outgoing items are recorded in the system before packing.
- Encode item details into the monitoring file or system.
- Ensure stock levels in the system are accurate and updated at all times.
- Coordinate with departments to make sure customer instructions are followed.
- Prioritize urgent orders and process them on time.
- Assist in counting stocks and conducting inventory checks if needed.
- Report any missing, damaged, or incorrect items to the supervisor.
- Keep all records organized and properly filed.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse area.
- Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor or warehouse manager.
