Warehouse Encoder

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Release/Issue materials to contractors based on approved requests, ensuring all issuances align with construction stages and BOM quantities.
• Receive material deliveries according to approved requisitions and specifications, and arrange items properly (5S) for easy counting and to ensure stock on hand meets construction requirements.
• Encode Receiving Documents and Issuance Slips into NOAH/MRP promptly to maintain accurate stock level monitoring.
• Verify Delivery Receipts (DR) and Sales Invoices (SI) from suppliers against NOAH/MRP records before forwarding documents to the Accounting Department for 3-way matching.
• Reconcile, check, and monitor actual inventory counts of all construction materials against the NOAH/MRP system weekly and monthly to ensure accurate tracking of project warehouse inventory.
