Warehouse Encoder

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Encode incoming and outgoing inventory data into the warehouse management system.
• Update stock levels, track inventory movements, and ensure accurate documentation of all warehouse transactions.
• Assist in reconciling physical stock with system records.
• Generate reports related to stock status, inventory discrepancies, and other warehouse activities as needed.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff and other departments to ensure timely and accurate data entry.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4 year course.
• Prior experience in data entry, inventory management, or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Proficient in using computers and data entry software (Excel, ERP/WMS systems).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php695.00 per day
