• College Graduate of any Business Management course.

• Basic knowledge in Logistics/Warehousing activities.
• Physically fit.
• 5 feet minimum height

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Inventory Encoding & Documentation

• Encode all receiving and dispatch-related inventory transactions into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Ensure 100% accuracy in data entry for inbound and outbound shipments and stock transfers.
• Maintain real-time updates of stock movement, ensuring proper system adjustments.
• Verify item details (quantity, SKU, batch numbers, expiry dates) before dispatch and/or system encoding.
• Cross-check system records with physical stock to prevent discrepancies.
