MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Able to work independently and meet objectives with minimum supervision.
• Good communication skills. Can communicate well with different type of client.
• Releasing/Issuance of materials to contractors based on approved request to ensure all releases are in accordance with Construction stages and BOM quantities.
• Receiving of material deliveries based on approved requisition and specification, proper arrangement (5S) of materials for easy counting and to ensure that stock on hands are in accordance with the construction requirement.
• Encoding of Receiving Document & Issuance Slip to NOAH on time for proper monitoring of level of stocks.
• Monitoring of inventory stock daily to avoid the discrepancy on materials count vs. NOAH records.
