Warehouse Executive

Job Summary:
The incumbent should be an experienced and result-oriented individual with strong pharmaceutical industry background, skilled in GMP/GSP-compliant operations, inventory control, and cold chain management. The incumbent should have proven ability to ensure regulatory compliance, optimize warehouse efficiency, and support smooth material flow across production and distribution/ dispatch.
Job Responsibilities:
Align warehouse operations with business goals, optimize warehouse capacity by taking decisions timely, and collaborate cross functionally
Proactively Plan routine dispatches, oversee daily warehouse operations, and ensure compliance with all pharmaceutical regulatory and quality requirements
Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor temperature-controlled storage areas, and keep a strong Coordinate with QA/QC, Production, and Planning, conduct periodic stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations
