Warehouse Head

Primary responsibility:

Efficient, safe, and compliant 
storage and handling
 of products.

Key duties in F&B:

• Receiving raw materials, ingredients, and finished goods
• Inventory management and report (FIFO/FEFO, batch & lot tracking, expiry dates)
• Cold chain management (chilled/frozen storage)
• Food safety compliance (HACCP, GMP, hygiene, pest control)
• Warehouse layout & space optimization
• Picking, packing, and staging orders
• Managing warehouse staff and equipment
• Stock accuracy and cycle counts
• Managing product recalls at warehouse level
• Planning stock orders with purchasing team (strategic forecasting)

KPIs:

• Inventory accuracy
• Stock turnover & shrinkage
• Picking accuracy
• Waste / expiry losses
• Order fulfillment speed
• Compliance audit results

Works 6 days a week.
