Primary responsibility:
Efficient, safe, and compliant storage and handling of products.
Key duties in F&B:
Receiving raw materials, ingredients, and finished goods
Inventory management and report (FIFO/FEFO, batch & lot tracking, expiry dates)
Cold chain management (chilled/frozen storage)
Food safety compliance (HACCP, GMP, hygiene, pest control)
Warehouse layout & space optimization
Picking, packing, and staging orders
Managing warehouse staff and equipment
Stock accuracy and cycle counts
Managing product recalls at warehouse level
Planning stock orders with purchasing team (strategic forecasting)
KPIs:
Inventory accuracy
Stock turnover & shrinkage
Picking accuracy
Waste / expiry losses
Order fulfillment speed
Compliance audit results
Works 6 days a week. Location in Pasig Boulevard
