Warehouse IBT Clerk

Specialising in premium pet foods and accessories, Absolute Pets is the leading pet retailer in South Africa with over 190 stores across the country.

Our Cape Town Warehouse Team is looking for an IBT Clerk to join their team to assist with the overseeing and management of IBTs in the warehouse, based in Marconi Beam, Cape Town.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Will manage all incoming IBT's from stores – Driver debrief ensuring all relevant documents are correct and all stock returned is assigned to a person with a reason
• Must monitor all outgoing IBT's to stores and alert management when there are IBT's older than the agreed ageing
• Ensure all IBT's are kept current. (None older than 48 hours)
• Immediately investigate any short delivery/over delivery – This must be done as the drivers report on the group daily
