Job Description
- Prepare the warehouse for receiving incoming raw materials.
- Ensure that the allocated storage area and racks are labeled according to the warehouse layout.
- Arrange the remaining raw materials following the FIFO policy.
- Observe proper housekeeping practices to maintain cleanliness and organization.
- Conduct verification with regards to quantity, quality, and other delivery document using the approved Purchase Order upon delivery of the raw materials.
- Generate the QA/QC Inspection Checklist.
- Check raw materials based on the Raw Material Quality Control Plan.
- Report to Purchasing Staff or Sourcing Officer and provide proof of claim if item/s received does not satisfy the quantity and quality required.
- Prepare Material Damage Report of item/s received were damaged.
- Conduct verification on the completeness of the delivery documents based on the requirements set by the organization to the supplier. <...
