Warehouse / Inventory Clerk (Consignment – Medical Devices)

Job Summary

The Warehouse / Inventory Clerk is responsible for monitoring, recording, and consolidating all consignment and company-owned medical device inventories stored at hospitals and at the Head Office. The position ensures accurate tracking of stocks issued to Sales Representatives, proper reconciliation of hospital consignment inventories, and timely reporting of stock movement, usage, and variances.

Duties and Responsibilities Inventory Control & Consolidation

• Maintain accurate inventory records of all medical devices under consignment at hospitals and stocks at Head Office
• Consolidate monthly (or as required) inventory reports submitted by Sales Representatives for each hospital account
• Verify stock movement reports including deliveries, returns, usage, replacements, and pull-outs
