Warehouse Inventory Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stocks
• Receive, inspect, and verify delivered items against purchase orders
• Encode inventory data in manual records or inventory systems
• Conduct regular physical inventory and cycle counts
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or overstocking
• Prepare inventory reports for management
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of goods
• Coordinate with purchasing, accounting, and operations teams
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Follow company policies and safety procedures

Qualifications & Requirements

• Graduate of any business-related or logistics course (preferred)
• At least 1 year experience in warehouse or inventory management (advantage)
• Knowledge of inventory systems and basic computer skills (Excel, ERP)
