Warehouse Inventory Staff

Job Description:

The Warehouse Inventory Staff monitors inventory levels and communicates with relevant teams to ensure appropriate replenishment and avoid stockouts. Below is the task/duties of Inventory Staff.

• Receive incoming shipments from suppliers and verify the accuracy of items received against purchase orders and shipping documents.
• Inspect incoming items for quality, damage, and discrepancies. Document any issues and communicate them to relevant parties.
• Enter received items into the inventory management system, recording quantities, item details, and any relevant information.
• Arrangement of stocks in designated areas.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or related fields is a plus.
• Previous experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
