Job Summary
The Warehouse Executive is responsible for supporting and overseeing warehouse operations, including inventory control, receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods. This role ensures efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company procedures while coordinating closely with other departments and reporting to the Operation Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations & Coordination
l Assist in managing daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
l Allocate tasks and supervise warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
l Coordinate with sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Inventory Management
l Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements in the system.
l Monitor stock levels and identify shortages, slow-moving items, or discrepancies.
