Warehouse Lead Hand - 4:00am Start

We are currently looking for an AM Lead Hand for our Cambridge terminal.

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 4:00am to 12:30pm

Position Type: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: Up to $52,000, based on experience

• Lead, coach and train personnel
• Daily AM Dock performance, monitoring and adjustments
• Routing freight, appointment booking and dispatching
• Operating a forklift, load/unload trailers and staging freight
• Reduce miss-directs and damages on customer shipments
• Customer shipment audits when required
• Ensure employees follow health & safety guidelines
• Cross train staff to ensure adequate dock coverage daily
• Action on all last-minute shipment requests
