The Thrift Store Warehouse Lead supports the day-to-day operation of the thrift warehouse by coordinating donation flow, sorting and distribution activities. This role provides hands‑on guidance and support to volunteers and staff to ensure donated goods are processed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with organization standards.
