Your Key Responsibilities
To oversee and be responsible for supporting end-to-end warehouse operation while ensuring logistics quality, compliance, and process standardization. This role acts as a key operation leader, overseeing daily execution, inventory accuracy, workforce management, and quality assurance across inbound and outbound logistics. 

Monitor and ensure logistics operations comply with the SOPs, Work Instructions, and Quality Standards. 

Monitor workflow, build a disciplined and performance-driven culture, and ensure 3PL performance meet the KPI.
